I fucking hate religion. I've criticised and ridiculed it for 40 years. Yet if my government tried to ban it or criminalise it, I would march alongside those poor fools and fight hard for their right to believe any fucking stupid nonsense they chose.

It’s so disappointing to see heroes like them both and Don’t feel you have to defend Bill from me. I’m one of his biggest fans. Religulous was life-changing for me. I have nothing but love and respect for him, but he most definitely has softened on Islam. He gets called an Islamophobe by critics, so it’s easy to see why.

They don't see that as criticism. They see that as victory. I know how it boosts their morale to see ppl of your caliber scared into silence and essentially submitting to their demands. I was married to a jihadi who was here for 9/11. This would be a wet dream for him.
