I found it to be really funny, having a laugh at Islam is something that I take special pleasure in. Yeah, the fact that scholars and believers who subscribe to this would look lighter on pedophilia than on the Prophet's wife not being a virgin does make them look like monsters.

Yeah, I would definitely agree with that. In Danish we have a term for this, "flueknepperi", that literally means "fly fucking" as in "fucking a fly", ie. obsessing over something so small that it's stupid. A good laugh at Islam, no matter the reason, I will take though.
