That’s not true at all. The Quran states it’s the literal word of Allah-not a metaphor like the Bible. And abrogation is used so that there are no contradictions. What you’re doing is your business, but please don’t try to tell that that’s what Islam teaches.

No. Mohammed said that if a verse comes down that contradicts one that was said before, then you dismiss the old one and follow the latest one. Apparently Allah had trouble making up his mind at times, so that was the solution.
