Sometimes I feel sorry for nice Muslims who dont know their religion. When they find out what the Quran and Hadith actually say, they’re genuinely shocked. Ignorance is no excuse though. Read your holy book. It’s the least you can do before you devote your life to following it.

but honestly would pushing people to read their holy texts do anything good? at least in the short period. while for this we have an increase of atheists at the same time the muslim world is having a steady increase of extremists too.
Well ya, those are the typical avenues: Jihadi or atheist. But yes, I will always encourage ppl to educate themselves. Knowledge is power. Even Allah agrees, that’s why the first word revealed to Muhammad was ‘read’
