As a #Muslim, I always thought it was weird how #Allah made us menstruate, but then was all ‘Ew. Don’t pray to me when you’re icky. Don’t enter a mosque. Don’t touch a Quran.’ Um...so you make us this way and now you’re gonna turn around and be offended by the bodies you made?

Think Positive my dear. why ALLAH does not allow you to pray in these days. Just Because He knows the Pain you are suffering from in these days. He does not want to see you in distress. I hope you will get my point.

Why cant I touch a Quran then? Wouldn’t reading the Quran theoretically make me feel better? It’s because a woman on her period is considered impure. That’s a nice reason you made up-but it’s not the reason your religion gives.

Quran is a revelation; it deserves to be exalted and Allah teaches us how to do so. The Quranic ayah of the ‘pure ones’ does not only refer to menstruating women but to any person in a state of ritual impurity, whether minor or major, male or female.
