Sweetie, Iranians want to do peaceful protests. We will not resort to “burning” random scarves. We will fight till it’s a choice. We will not disrespect the Iranian women who desire to wear the scarf by burning it. We respect every woman’s decision. It’s what makes us, us

It’s symbolic of the bra-burning of the 60’s. Obviously that protest was not against women who chose to wear bras... Wear your hijab all you want. This has nothing to do w you. It’s is for the women of Iran who don’t want to wear it.

It's funny cause you sound so nationalist and xenophobic but then you want a global audience and to discuss in a non-iranian language... make up your mind!

Do you want me to speak Farsi? Wtf lmfao. Listen. Don’t compare bras to a religious garments and don’t tell us how to protest. We will have peaceful protests, like the peaceful people we are. Non Iranians need to stay in their lane. It’s not their issue1 reply 0 retweets 2 likes -
Human rights are a global issue. Gender equality also. Mandatory hijab is not morally defensible anywhere in the world. Get used to getting replies to your bigotry. Especially when you chose to discuss it in a global language.
