1) Yeah, they're up there. They're one of if not *the* largest voting block. Idk why people are so obsessed with the UN, anyways. They have no real binding power except through the UNSC, and they've *never* really done anything bc they have no will to.

This sounds dickish to say, but good luck. The only real change you can look for is within the country itself in the form of civil society groups. You're also dealing with nations where in, the majority of the citizens don't agree with religious pluralism/freedom.
