The thing is, ExMuslims are in danger of being killed by crazies flowing in, so we are generally aware of the risk. But it’s also important to strike that balance btwn ban them all and let them all in. The problem is ppl judge ‘them’ by ethnicity/religion when it should be by /1

Other factors like need and values. For ex, Yazidis are left to rot in camps for yrs even though they were the most at risk pop from Syria. They should have been FIRST in line to come here. But they dont have political power like Muslims do, so politicians don’t pander to them /2

I also think it’s important to judge ppl by the values they hold. If we only have a limited amount of space, why not bring in ppl who can best assimilate w our values? Ppl that love our way of life not ppl who hate it and us? But vetting by country is just easier and quicker /3

So I think it’s not necessarily ExMuslims causing the issue but politicians and bureaucracy. There some are open border crazies, yes, I agree..but those ppl come from all religious/non religious/political backgrounds. /4
