If any country bans citizens from another country from even entering their country, then that country ought not to be allowed to host any international event. Olympics, World Cup, tennis, chess, scrabble, you name it.

It's more complicated than that. Every year several thousands of Israeli arab muslims go to Saudi Arabia for the hajj. Of course it means that Saudi Arabia blocks mainly Israeli Jews, but not muslims.
