(3) @erzaehlmirnix I’m becoming healthier, more confident and happier with every day that passes, because now I know how to take care of my body and weight. I started my diet on Jan. 1st 2017 and what a year this has been!

(5) The second person had an equally important impact on my life. Just not on my body, but my mind. When I first read through @MarkRPellegrinos Twitter I was confronted with extremely strong opinions I almost completely disagreed with.

(6) @MarkRPellegrino It took me about five month of research to find out that not only were the claims against utter nonsense, but that my own opinions were based on what’s popular – not on what’s true.

(7) @MarkRPellegrino So he might not know about this, but still I want to thank him for challenging my views. Not only did I learn so much new stuff, I’m much more open minded now and figured out what I really want to achieve in life and what things mean the most to me.

(8) @MarkRPellegrino I’ve never been so focused in my whole life and I never achieved so many goals in a single year. He really should know that by just being himself he inspires a lot of people to think, to love, to try and to be optimistic.

(9) @MarkRPellegrino Besides, Mark is probably the only one who is able to turn a witch hunt against his person into an #OnlyLove campaign, raising thousands of dollars to fight bullying. Well done.

(10) So of course I also want to thank the #SPNFamily for showing how decent and supportive they can be. There’s a reason why this fandom is called a family and I’m proud to be a member of said family for 12 years now.
