At least here, kids in kindergarten are basically taught to give in to bullies, because fighting is so frowned upon. So it is no surprise that we adults do the same.
This is it. Right here. We need to stop acting like scared little children who are being bullied. Capitulating to your bully is never a good strategy. This will never stop. It will only get worse. Whenever has appeasement ever worked throughout history? Yes we were taught to stand up to bullies not to back down in the hope they stop their behaviour...it doesn't....EVER
