I ate carbs and now I feel bloated and guilty. And also I want to eat more.
Hahaaa...no, I’ll get back on the wagon. It was just a pho (rice noodles), but it’s been so long since I’ve had carbs, so my body is like MORE!!

Of course your body wants more; carbs are as addictive as opiates! Resist temptation at all cost, let your system -ehem- flush the carbs out, and do not dispair if you have to re-adapt for a couple days.
