And this is from a Muslim turned Atheist, someone who in theory should easily be able to see the Ex Muslim viewpoint. It should be clearer to him than anyone why the movement to defend individual rights and fight Islamic ideology is in major need of more moral support.
He had an opportunity to be different. To say something meaningful. To contribute a new perspective. But he chose the safe, boring route.
