Agreed. Twitter isnt the best place for this convo. I just think holding it against Moh. is weak when he was a product o/his times too
But it's not weak because, as the prophet of Allah, he should be *better* than the ppl of his time. Muslims are told he's perfect.

I think that's a fair criticism if you're talking to a Muslim. But as a Historian, I have to evaluate human culture in it's context.

Sure. The issue as a human-historian or not-is that children are being raped daily because of his example. That makes this different.
