      My Uber driver and I hated on the term POC. He's Cuban/Mexican-his wife is white. He said the term pits him and their daughter vs his wife.

      Yep. Inherently divisive -- and insultingly low-res, for that matter. Not only lumps all 'white ppl' together: erases diversity of billions.
