mein kampf means "my fight" and its simply a book title, not a fixed term of an ideology or belief.

Jihad is an arabic word, unfortunately Islamists make us portray arabic words/language a terrorist words.

Please open up the Jihad Books of the Hadith. Muhammad practically always used jihad in the sense of actual fighting.
