There's an assumption that the girl isn't being hurt w niqab, but she is w FGM or child marriage-that's a stupid assumption.
I see defending the right to wear niqab, regardless of safety concerns, =defending FGM or child marriage.

true but many of those wearing a Niqab or hijab don't wear it by choice & banning it won't make them allowed to take it off

Well there are laws against wearing masks or face coverings in many places, niqab shouldn't be excluded.
