No, I understand it was a genocide. That's clear. I mean is it fair to say all EU Muslims are afraid of history repeating itself?
Saying 'Europe has had a genocide against Muslims' is unfair. It's not even fair to say re Jews/HolocaustI think it was a conflict in that area, not an 'EU genocide of Muslims'. Just like the Holocaust is not considered an EU genocide of Jews.

That is not correct. Many European countries willingly participated in the Holocaust. Ergo, it was an European issue lead by Nazi Germany.

So maybe it's actually more fair to say it about Jews...but I still don't think it's fair to say it about Muslims at all.
