Change will come from within. I think regular people also make good influence among friends relatives etc.
I'm an atheist, but I support Muslim Reformers. Let's be honest: if it has *any* chance, it will be w an Imam leading, not just regular ppl.

This is true. But an Imam can lead large groups to follow him in a way a regular person can't.
