I posted on FB that I feel sad for the children of Muslim families who are made to fast during #Ramadan & s/o commented with "Actually, ..."
As a kid, I used to fast in the Cdn summers (~20 hrs) it was HELL. Id be light-headed, lethargic- sometimes it would induce panic attacks

I'm told by someone who lives in Langley that you weren't required to do that according to Islam. She works 4 a Muslim family so she'd know.
