I used translate opt so I'm sure many words are off but I got the gist. Didn't see anyone address issue of s/bombers or jihad in general.
It's a tricky area as they know it's bad, but it's part of their religion, so they're not allowed to criticize,so they just keep quiet/avoid

Is suicide not considered a "sin" in Islam like it is in Catholicism? Or it is but it's overlooked and thought of as part of jihad?

It's a sin if you just kill yourself..but if you take infidels w you, then it's jihad and you get the highest rewards available in paradise

Yes, for that reason, I always answer based on scripture. I come from a Salafi background, so they stick as close to scripture as possible.
