Adam is either dishonest or trapped in his own cognitive dissonance. This is the least plausible interpretation of Muhammad, IMO.
These kinds of straight-up ridiculous lies do nothing to help the reform movement. In fact, this kind of dishonesty will hinder it.

Nonsense like this is why I'm skeptical of reform. He can't Q scripture's validity so must squeeze out such implausible interpretations.
