That's irrelevant though coz conservatives conserve their traditions & values Tradition in this case being Islam so ultra conservative works
I suppose, technically, it's correct...but I feel like 'conservative' doesn't convey the severity of it

I've yet to find an acceptable word to summarise the ultra conservative nature of some religionists. I employ the word "extremist" sometimes
