W 1.6 billion ppl, naturally Muslims are from different ethnic groups, geographical locations, cultures etc.

So when you remove Islam, you will find a rich culture under there that exists and thrives independent of the religion
And all the ppl that live in those cultures that are NOT Muslim can attest to that. Many NonMuslim Arabs,Indians,Malaysians

etc etc....obviously those ppl share a culture w the Muslims in those countries! Even tho they're not Muslim.
