I live near Watford and remember when this happened, burka guy released without charge, very suspicious, no explanation.
Weird. And scary. Maybe he said he was a transgender Muslimah so the cops let him go cuz 'cultural sensitivity'

In order to look like a Muslim was the perpetrator, but instead got caught by local police. Very suspicious to this day.

Im not familiar w the particulars of this case--however in general, niqabs used by criminals to hide identity. It's perfect.
