I agree. I try to read these articles carefully. I tend to not criticize bans if they are really for security.
I think the argument for values is legit too. I lived in ME & was forced to dress a certain way-works both ways

I tend to fall on the side of more freedom on dress. But of course reasonableness applies when setting rules.
