If you haven't listened to @YasMohammedxx episode w/ @SamHarrisOrg, you should! We throw around the word "brave"—and, as someone who's left a fundamentalist community myself, I've been called brave, too—but Yasmine truly embodies braveness in every sense of the word.

I cried. So much of this resonates with me. Modesty culture is a poison—a poison that Western culture in its current iteration is fully embracing. Modesty is fine when it's of a woman's own volition, not forced on her.
