I'm not sure how that would work as a criticism. I never applied to join anything so the largely mythical collective suspected of discriminating against women never had a chance to discriminate against me. I was just here tweeting & blogging & more & more people came to watch it
I can't say whether any women have tried & failed to have a voice in this sphere. I can only say I'd be sceptical this had anything to do with their sex going on my own experience that all you need to do this is a laptop & WiFI.
Why is it a valid criticism? If there's no rule or criteria preventing female member from joining the so-called IDW, then this "criticism" is non-sense. You also prefer equality of outcome over equality of opportunity? If so I don't think you are part of the IDW movement.
