PS:For the comments re her choice to wear a cultural outfit in general-it‘s kind of silly yes, but whatever, it’s pretty-not over the top like Trudeau. And shes emulating her mother-in-law. What’s important to me is that she wore cultural clothing not a religious tool of misogyny

For her arrival Kate wore a shalwar kameez by one of Diana's favourites, Catherine Walker. Oh, well. She may not have been flashing her ankles (too much for those Pakistani macho types & honour killers) but at least Kate was showing off British haute couture.
