I am so incredibly proud of you Yas!!!!
It’s been such a long journey but you persevered and managed to get through it. I can’t wait to hear you on the @SamHarrisOrg podcast! You’re the voice we all wished we had!
I’m almost tempted to say...mashallah

I grew up around a lot of those types of Italians. They'd describe you like, "The friggin' balls on this one..." I've loved your bravery for years now, can't wait to get your book.

If there’s a way to pass my twitter handle onto this person, please do, because I’m an Aussie liberal leftie and I’ve been supporting my fellow atheists who are ex-Muslims for years.

I am very happy you have had such a positive effect on my fellow Australian. Perhaps soon she will realise that the majority of the people she's been dismissing as "racists" are actually nothing of the sort. She will no doubt be labeled as one herself now if she speaks out.

There’s truth to that, but we can’t discount the fact that there truly are xenophobic ppl speaking out on this for vile reasons. They exist. And their presence is what muddies the water and makes everyone else who is speaking out have to fight to not get lumped w them.
