You don’t care that girls have been murdered for not wearing hijab. You don’t care that women are in prison right now-sentenced to 10 yrs or more for refusing to wear it.
But you care enough to USE the symbol for your own selfish purpose. That’s it. Without a thought given to the fact that you’re endorsing rape culture and the opression of girls and women worldwide. You don’t care about those women. That’s not feminism, that’s narcissism.

I'm sorry about the feminists you're referring to. Unfortunately, I've found that by far most people are mainly concerned with themselves, and about that which they see as affecting them personally. Love, real love for other people - the kind that Jesus preached - is very rare.

But then how should such feminists answer to accusations of bigotry/Islamophobia from Muslims who choose hijab when they call them out on what you've described above? Those Muslims say they're not oppressed etc. Feminists are damned if they endorse it and damned if they do not
