I know a lot of you reading this do not remember September 11th-and in a way, I envy you. I envy you not knowing what it feels like to have the world you knew become entirely unrecognizable. And for some of us, the categorical changes were internal too.

Younger ppl...ppl like my daughter. She was only 4. She knows of it, of course, but it's not the same as experiencing it.

We had similar at Pearl Habor. Then the boomers came and forgot. It’s even easier to forget now.

Although Pearl Harbor caused a pretty significant damage, people do seem to throw it under the bus.. I believe that’s when the US officially got involved in WW2
