@MaajidNawaz Is there no other housing available? What is the story???
The story, as per the video, is that they have an inordinate amt of homeless ppl looking to the govt to house them, so the best they can do is this temp housing until they can build more permanent homes (or until ppl can get up on their own 2 feet-whichever comes first)

I agree. It not the ideal place for that many people/children in this instance but I've seen many home design programmes using converted storage containers as modern affordable living. Looks a lot better than some awful insanitary places where people are housed.
