Javed Akhtar said,"the wheel of Time is running forward and no one can move it backwards though there hurdles but change is bound to happen".
They can't arrest 1000. I wish that 1000 women march through Iran without their hijabs, and that Iran finally recognise their rights.
I support the right of all women to choose what they do or do not wear. No one should be put in prison for refusing to wear the hijab - or any other religious symbol - or ridiculed for wearing one.
The silence from these women is deafening.
