Can hijabs be worn on occasion by Muslim women if they just find them stylish? I have several female moderate Muslims as they describe themselves, once in a while they will wear it and I asked about this, and they said sometimes they just like to - they aren’t forced to. 
Of course they can. Ppl can also choose to wear chains and whip each other. Things are very different when you are given the choice.
