If you’re looking for factual information about the religion of Islam @YasMohammedxx is the greatest ex-Muslim source. I trust her. She’s fair and honest and still holds a deep love and respect for those suffering under its rule.

I really enjoy her tweets but I'm becoming more and more inclined to see islam as the symptom rather than the disease. The disease is the tribalistic and clannish nature of arab societies, evidenced by the high degree of cousin marriage, that is far older than islam.

Sure, but what the most conservative muslim countries have in common is tribalism and cousin marriage. Whether arab or not. Cousin marriage in Pakistan is over 50%, in Iran around 40%. Lower in Turkey which might explain why they are still the most secular misöim country in ME.pic.twitter.com/r9wkp7o7Fm

Islam. And cousin marriage. Which one is more important?

I don’t understand the question. Which is more important to fight? Again, cousin marriages are prevalent despite scientific evidence that it should stop because it‘s allowed in Islam. No human can make haram what Allah has made halal. Theyll ignore science and refer to scripture

So, the root of the problem today is Islam. It is the reason why any of these issues you’re bringing up are still persist. Not because Arabs are too dumb to progress their societies like the rest of the world, but because Sharia prevents them from progressing.

Sure, my point is that sharia is a system designed to keep the tradition of arranged marriage between relatives in place. Break the habit of cousin marriage and they won't have any use of sharia laws anymore, that's why Bosnia doesn't look like the extremely tribal Saudi Arabia.

Islam as devised is a system to perpetuate Arab supremacy through the guise of a “universal” religion. It is inseparable from Arab culture, past and present. No one can be blamed for Islam besides Arabs.
