I don’t understand the question. Which is more important to fight? Again, cousin marriages are prevalent despite scientific evidence that it should stop because it‘s allowed in Islam. No human can make haram what Allah has made halal. Theyll ignore science and refer to scripture
So, the root of the problem today is Islam. It is the reason why any of these issues you’re bringing up are still persist. Not because Arabs are too dumb to progress their societies like the rest of the world, but because Sharia prevents them from progressing.

Sure, my point is that sharia is a system designed to keep the tradition of arranged marriage between relatives in place. Break the habit of cousin marriage and they won't have any use of sharia laws anymore, that's why Bosnia doesn't look like the extremely tribal Saudi Arabia.
