I don’t understand the question. Which is more important to fight? Again, cousin marriages are prevalent despite scientific evidence that it should stop because it‘s allowed in Islam. No human can make haram what Allah has made halal. Theyll ignore science and refer to scripture

So, the root of the problem today is Islam. It is the reason why any of these issues you’re bringing up are still persist. Not because Arabs are too dumb to progress their societies like the rest of the world, but because Sharia prevents them from progressing.

cousin marriage is obviously bad but why dismiss the idea that people act in accordance with the things they believe. How would the children born of cousin marriage act if they were raised in the dogma of a religion that says "you go to heaven if you make people around you happy"
