Synopsis: In the interview I say I think it’s only a minority of Dems that agree w the squad; however, they are getting so much air-time, they’re starting to look like the face of the party. That’s why if Dems are to have any chance, it’s imperative that Pelosi reign them in.
The message of the squad isn't so much that they are dangerous as their positions are not going to win the presidential election. Trump plans to make the squad the face of the Democratic party and run against the far left whose views are not generally popular across the US.
It’s in his best interest to make them the face because then it’s a guaranteed win for him. It’s in the Dem party’s best interest to relegate them to the back burner so the grown ups can be the face of the party...but Pelosi didn’t do that, and now it’s going to be harder to do.
