I've been having the most awful week. Panic attacks almost every night, spending all day shaking and riddled with anxiety. It's not work, it's not my personal life. I have no idea why. Ergh.

Yep, and sometimes being too exhausted to stress helps. I’ve done more laps in the pool than I could possible count. There’s something about back and forth, back and forth that is a bit meditative. And if I’m too anxious to go out I have a rowing machine.
