I had to re-read this a couple of times to make sure I was reading it correctly, but I completely agree. Same words, just a different order. Still separating based on external appearances.

We need to get back to individualism some how and what people DO not what they ARE. Excepting collection of statistics, health, targeted services that may be needed and so on. Sensible stuff.
