  I agree. I am definitely liberal/left leaning, but I consistently find that the far Left will bash the hell out of Christianity for alleged or proven sexism/racism/homophobia...but when the same issues arise with regard to Islam, they go very quiet.

  Christianity is an easy target. Certain religion are given protective status and in essence have their agency removed. How many times have you heard the line, ow it's their culture or it's where they are from.
