To each their own, but my husband is white and marrying him was the best decision of my life. I can relate to a man who sees me as their equal much more than I can to a man who was raised/socialized to see me as inferior-even if we can speak Arabic together.

I mean, at the end of the day it’s just a personal choice...but finding love is hard enough without limiting your options. You never know where you’ll find your love or what ethnicity they’ll be.
