I fell hard today in CrossFit.
Totally my fault. I was on my last set and last rep of the day of toes to bar, and was rushing to finish, and my hands gave. I let go of the bar with feet in the air, and fell on my a$$.
I don’t think I broke anything, but my butt + back hurt.
