I'm a "white woman" who has experienced abuse. I never have taken any of your Tweets to suggest that you are turning blind eye to the abuses of "white women". You're raising awareness to what is happening & in doing so are helping women protect themselves from it happening here

Of course I care about all ppl, men or women, white or not...I’m just choosing to focus on this issue because it is so misunderstood and there are not enough voices showing different perspectives-a perspective that I’m able to speak about because Im in a free country
I'm totally with you Yasmine. Following you for some time. I care about all people too. I think very similar to you when it comes to men. I don't automatically hate any men either. I have wonderful men in my family, wonderful male friends etc. The abuse I endured isn't on them
This message ×100. I would say though, for victims who have suffered horrible abuse, I wouldn't be surprised if they feel extreme fear of someone having the same social identity as their abusers.
