Nope, an Arab can’t be a Jew, unless he or she converts, at which point he or she will no longer be an Arab.
1) If you're Arab, you're Arab, you cant ever "no longer be Arab" 2) Arabs come from 22 different countries, there are many ethnic sub-groups, Arab Jews being one. Jews can be Arab, African, European... 3) Just stop
