This is ridiculous. None of these faux police should be allowed for any religious groups. We don’t need a Sharia patrol, like they have in the UK. Religious fervor = religious torture. If there is a Creator, it wants us to act justly, love tenderly and walk humbly with God. Anything else, any other fundamental rule, policy, demand, forcing or law is just plain WRONG. (usually "man" made too!

In "The Tribe", Ben Cobley describes how Muslim activists took over the policing of Rotherham. The local police simply let them do so. It allowed the activists to block attempts at investigation by claiming racism as white teenage girls were systematically raped by Muslim gangs.
