What I gather from Jamie's article is that he is a leftie wanting to look moderate.

I hate most of all religions equally, mostly the parts that tell us human nature is sinful and how people should act against themselves.

Great article, exposing the hypocrisy of the left on this matter - and I consider myself a lefty.

As an atheist, it's pretty clear that "believers" often use "god" to rationalize hatred & violence. Some religious people do this, some don't. The Abrahamic religions are particularly good at twisting "god's love" into a weapon of genocide. See how easy that was?

Nicely put and neatly explained. Freedom for all should be our aim , but a freedom controlled by the law of the land.
