Continuing to be disapointed- I see @Deeyah_Khan is continuing the one sided condemnation of the Yemeni crisis with Iran, again, conveniently left out of her criticism. I take self righteous claims seriously - and Deeyah has continued to operate with too much clout.

Again, for someone to constantly talk about the need to hear "new" or "unheard" voices - it's pretty clear after a while what the formula is to be considered "new" or something that "needs to be heard" - this is having your cake and eating it too.

Either promote a cornucopia of ideas from a demographic of people (and be explicit about what that demographic is) or say you are an editor, choosing voices you like for your world view - who also happen to check off some immutable traits that take your fancy. one or the other.
