Are we are going to assassinate people's characters because they've tweeted about or even RT'd someone that others find disagreeable or worse. Are we really going down this road?

Yes, your right Yas. Twitter seems to send some people bonkers. If only they took a little time to look into your fantastic work and they might be able to get beyond a disagreeable tweet or minor indiscretion, but sadly no, they won't. They want their pound of flesh.
