Why not? I was on a Disney Cruise and there were Adult Only restaurants, pools, bars etc. It was great! I think some restaurants are understood to be Adult Only without needing to explicitly say it..like high-end restraunts.

I think it's important for them to be explicit. Np for them to be adult only but make it clear so no-one feels uncomfortable and there are no misunderstandings!
